Mette joined CYN in 2016 and her role has been to counsel and train in group processes. She is graduate with a MA in English & Religion from University of Copenhagen. Her areas of expertise are counseling, facilitating group processes, communications, leadership development, conflict management. Moreover, she is a trained group analyst and organizational psychology consultant.
Louise Bang
Social Worker
Louise has a bachelor’s degree in social work, and she is experienced in working with vulnerable and traumatized people. Furthermore, she uses her background as a social worker in the Red Cross, where she has been a volunteer since 2012. There she has multiple roles, one is supporting abused women and helping them increase their level of empowerment. She is also organizing activities for the women and their children. In CYN Louise’s experiences, knowledge and educational background plays an essential role in term of social matters, especially in context to methods, safety, and security, when we are hosting and facilitating projects.

Brian have been a key member of the management team at CYN since its inception in 2012. His expertise in both cultural and financial matters on a global scale is highly valued and has contributed significantly to the growth and success of CYN. He plays an essential role in the ongoing development of CYN, and his contributions are likely appreciated by partners and targets. His experience in IT development and logistics is also for sure helpful in understanding the broader context of CYN’s operations and identifying areas for improvement.

Marco León Badillo
Project Coordinator,
Marco holds a BSc in Medical Engineering. Marco assumed the role as project coordinator in 2022. He has lived and worked in five countries, which inspired him to bring cultural awareness to everyone. He has know-how in organizing and facilitating workshops and intercultural exchanges in three different languages. He has worked as a volunteer in three countries with young people between 13-24 with topics ranging from education and organization to sustainability and technology.
