International Staff Tamta Khutsishvili, Georgia

Project management and training consultant

Tamta has a demonstrated working experience in training management, international relations, and project management in the public, non-governmental and private sectors. She is a successful grant writer. Over 10 years of experience working on youth affairs, state, and donor-funded projects and programs. Strong education professional with a Bachelor of Politics and Social Science, Master of Public Administration (MPA), and PM and TOT certificates. Tamta joined the CYN team in 2018 and is an enthusiast for cross-sectional and human rights-based approaches. 

Sherazade Henni, France

Sherazade studied political science in France. Her areas of interests are environment, leadership, human right and sport.  She works with different organisation and institutions from around the world such as embassies and ministries.  She is facilitator and trainer in activities such as debate, zero waste workshop, carbon footprint, natural cosmetics, leadership, associative commitment, international relations and politics.  She has 10 years of experiences with international projects and co-founder of Toulouse Youth Network. A sister organization to Copenhagen Youth Network in Toulouse, France.

Yoana Barakova, Bulgaria

Ms. Yoana Barakova, holds a degree in Criminology from the University of Leicester, UK, and has a profound expertise in the fields of preventing violent extremism, counter-terrorism, digital and media literacy, civil society capacity building, youth empowerment, refugee and migrants issues, as well as human rights protection and conflict management. She has worked as a Senior Research Analyst on the counter-terrorism landscape in Afghanistan, Pakistan and the disputed territory of Jammu & Kashmir. She is a trainer on numerous Erasmus+, ISFP and FPI projects and been working with CYN since 2019.

Kateryna Priazhnikova, Ukraine

Kateryna is the President and project manager of NGO “Development and Initiative”, Ukraine. Kateryna was involved in different training activities dealing with capacity building and sustainability of civil society organizations, project management and intercultural cooperation, social inclusion, quality assurance of non-formal education, youth participation and inclusion of NGOs in decision making processes, digital skills for youth workers and others. Kateryna is cooperating with CYN since 2017.

Ayat Qutaishat, Jordan

Ayat has over 10 years of experience and expertise in project management, facilitation, research, proposal writing, and communication management. Her professional experience highlights her ability to develop and implement projects, manage grants, develop effective monitoring and evaluation systems, plan and facilitate training, workshops and panel discussions, and collaborate with international partners.Ayat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s in International Peace, Conflict, and Development Studies and working on her PhD thesis on Cyber violence against women. She has also completed numerous certificates and training courses related to peacebuilding, humanitarian aid, and digital technology. She is proficient in various project management and communication tools and speaks multiple languages, including Arabic, English, Spanish, and Italian.Ayat has been working with CYN since 2018.

Rosanna Bellomo, Italy

Rosanna has 9 years’ experience as facilitator, trainer, and project coordinator in different training courses for youth workers and youth exchanges about sustainability, ecology, active citizenship, democracy, environmental awareness, vision building and campaigning and advocacy, climate change, activism and plastic pollution in the framework of Erasmus+. She’s currently working for Greenpeace Italia. In 2018 she contributed to found the Clean Up Italia network which gathers more than 70 environmental NGOs and informal groups and coordinated a campaign for the American organization Parley for the Oceans, in Italy. She’s part of several environmental youth groups such as GYBN (Global Youth Biodiversity Network) Europe, she’s a European Climate Pact Ambassador. Because of her experience and since she devoted her life to environmental activism Rosanna is in charge of many of the mobilities of youth workers related with environmental topics for CYN in Denmark.
