I commit myself to participate in the whole process, including: to prepare myself carefully for the project and to do all remote preparation the project itself will ask for, to take part in the full duration of the proejct I am aware that obtaining a health and a full travel insurance are my own responsibility and at my own expenses. I understand that the information I provided on my special needs does not remove my own personal responsibility for ensuring my own health.

I hereby give my consent to Copenhagen Youth Network (CYN) to collect, process and use my personal data for the purpose of processing my registration for the project. I hereby give my consent for the mandatory and voluntary data collected from me in the course of registering for the project. I further give my permission for my data to be stored. I acknowledge that I may provide CYN a reasonable timeframe to remove my details at any time that I no longer wish them to be stored. Should you wish your data to be removed you must request CYN to do so in writing. Requests will be processed within a 30-day period. Requests can be emailed to Hhf@cyn.dk
